April 5 (Reuters) – U.S. chipmaker Intel Corp (INTC.O) claimed on Tuesday it has suspended organization functions in Russia, joining a slew of providers to exit the region next its invasion of Ukraine.
The business, which experienced past month suspended shipments to customers in Russia and Belarus, mentioned it has applied enterprise continuity steps to limit disruption to its international functions.
“Intel continues to be part of the world-wide local community in condemning Russia’s war versus Ukraine and calling for a swift return to peace,” the company said.
International Business enterprise Machines Corp (IBM.N) also had suspended shipments as Ukraine urged U.S. cloud-computing and computer software providers to minimize off business enterprise with Russia.
